Laying the strategic foundations

Our engagement began with a deep dive into Prema Energy's market, competitors & target audience. Led by our Fractional CMO Team, we developed a comprehensive marketing strategy & a full rebrand that resonated with their ideal customer profile.

This foundational work condensed several of Prema’s satellite brands & ensured that every subsequent activity was aligned with their core business objectives, positioning them for scalable & sustainable growth.

Building the digital ecosystem

With our strategy in place, we executed a complete overhaul of Prema’s digital presence. This included the design & development of a new, high-performance website optimised for lead generation. We created a full suite of compelling sales & marketing assets & launched a multi-channel paid media campaign designed to build brand awareness & capture high-intent leads.

Driving daily growth & empowering sales

Our role evolved into providing dedicated, day-to-day support for the Prema Energy team. We focused on driving a consistent flow of qualified leads through ongoing campaign management & HubSpot CRM administration. To empower the wider sales team, we developed innovative solutions, including an automated pricing outreach system that streamlined their workflow & helped convert leads into new business more efficiently.
